  Precautions for the construction of stadium drains:

1. The plastic runway drainage ditch structure conforms to the national “plastic runway construction design standard” (including the groove body, the cover size, the ditch bottom elevation, etc.).

2. The sedimentation wells installed at intervals of 20-30m in the drainage ditch should meet the design requirements.

3. The drainage ditch cover is designed as single hole or double hole. The gutter cover should be placed firmly and not swinged. The gap between each cover is evenly distributed (about 10mm) and smoothed with cement mortar.

4. Strictly treat the inner wall of the drainage ditch in accordance with the waterproof requirements.

5. The movable manhole cover on the drainage ditch cover (including the manhole cover, the upper water gate cover, etc.) should be installed securely for easy opening.

6. The foundation backfill density of the outer wall of the drainage ditch should reach 95% or above to prevent the plastic deformation or cracking between the ditch and the runway caused by the settlement and deformation of the ditch.

7. If the water supply system is installed in the plastic runway drain, the installation of the water supply pipeline should be ensured to be firm and reliable, and the northern water supply pipeline should be insulated and antifreeze.

8. After the construction of the plastic runway drainage ditch, the plane plane error between the drainage ditch cover and the water ditch on both sides of the ditch shall not exceed 2mm, and at the same time meet the slope requirements, and the drainage will not be smooth.
